Job summary

Halliburton is seeking a Customer Success & Support Geoscientist to help customers maximize the value of Neftex subscriptions. You will blend geoscience expertise with customer engagement, technical support, and training to drive adoption and success for exploration workflows.

You will serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customers, gathering feedback for Product Management and working with Development teams to resolve issues and improve capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in geoscience-related field and relevant experience in exploration or subsurface environments.
• Experience delivering technical support, user training, or customer-facing services.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
• Desirable familiarity with Neftex products, datasets, or SaaS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding & Adoption: support onboarding and develop adoption plans to increase engagement.
• Technical Support & User Assistance: act as primary contact for technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Training & User Enablement: deliver onboarding sessions and create educational materials.
• Customer Success & Engagement: maintain regular touchpoints, monitor engagement, and drive adoption improvements.
• Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement: collect customer feedback and liaise with Product Management.
• Internal Collaboration: work with Product Management, R&D, Technical Sales, and Support teams.
