Job summary

Justteachers is seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Leeds from September 2026 until the end of the Christmas term, with the possibility of extending for the right candidate.

You will plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable), develop lesson plans that promote understanding of physical and human geography, assess progress, differentiate instruction, and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Degree in Geography or closely related subject.
• Experience teaching Geography at secondary level.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Two school-based references
