• Proven experience of successful middle leadership.
• Outstanding classroom practitioner with a deep love of Geography.
• Ability to inspire and develop others through leadership and innovative practice.
• Track record of improving outcomes and driving school improvement.

• Lead Geography department to deliver outstanding learning experiences.
• Drive whole-school initiatives and strategic improvements.
• Coach and develop staff, and engage pupils and the wider community.
