Responsibilities

• Support the strategic development of the Geography department while maintaining teaching duties.
• Lead to raise achievement across Key Stages 3 and 4 and contribute to curriculum development.
• Ensure outstanding teaching and learning and a rich co-curricular experience.
• Work with the Curriculum Leader to deliver high performance within the Laurus Trust.
