Salary: M1-M6 (Main Pay Scale)
Contract: Permanent

The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stages 3 and 4.


• Use a variety of teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners and to support progress and attainment.


• Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and interventions where necessary.


• Collaborate closely with colleagues within the geography department and across the school to enhance teaching practice and curriculum delivery.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Geography at secondary level.
