Job summary
Stantec in Reading/High Wycombe is seeking a Graduate Geoenvironmental Consultant to support our Water discipline with ground assessment, environmental risk assessment, reporting and site investigation across multidisciplinary projects.
You will collaborate with your local team and Early Careers cohort, developing technical expertise through on-the-job learning, mentoring and structured graduate development, with paths toward professional chartership and accreditation.
Qualifications
- Minimum degree in earth sciences, environmental or engineering.
- Interest in working in the water sector and developing technical capability.
- Willing to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Support site investigation and ground assessment activities.
- Assess contaminants in soil and groundwater and consider environmental impact.
- Prepare technical reports, factual summaries and client recommendations.
- Support environmental risk assessment work across water-sector projects.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.
- Develop technical capability through project experience, mentoring and graduate development.
