Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some work experience or on-the-job training preferred.
• Mechanical/Electrical background with component fitting.
• Ability to work under own initiative and manage production targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely with minimal supervision.
• Assemble and wire diesel and gas generator electrical components to specification.
• Interpret electrical drawings, engineering documentation and work instructions.
• Complete quality checks accurately and ensure stage documentation is completed.
• Maintain high quality standards in line with business requirements.
• Report issues to supervisor promptly and liaise with shift teams.
• Be flexible and support different areas within the Genset department based on production needs.
