Job summary

Synnovis is seeking two Genomic Coordinators to join the Monogenics team at Guy’s Hospital in London. You will handle test referrals, data entry, and communication with clinicians, ensuring timely, high‑quality service for patients within SEGMS.

Training will be provided, and you will work in a busy, collaborative environment alongside scientific colleagues. The role supports genomic medicine pathways across the South London region, with close ties to GSTfT and partner NHS trusts.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Significant office experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test requests and assign tests as they arrive from referrals.
• Monitor the Genomics email inbox and route enquiries accordingly.
• Input data into laboratory information systems and related databases.
• Support the Monogenics team to ensure timely, high‑quality patient service.
