Job summary

Synnovis is seeking a Genomics Programme Manager to lead a pivotal transformation of genomic medicine across South East London, delivering an enterprise LIMS, WGS capability, and redesigned pathways. Based in London, you will shape the roadmap, direct project managers and leads, and align NHS trusts and partners around common outcomes.

You will own the integrated plan, manage budgets and procurement, drive governance, assurance and reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent senior programme delivery experience.
• MSP, APM PPQ/PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Extensive experience leading complex, high-value transformation programmes in a multi-site, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience directing project managers with integrated planning, governance and executive reporting.
• Strong financial management, procurement and vendor oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated programme plan with critical path, milestones and dependencies.
• Lead delivery of digital, scientific, operational and infrastructure workstreams with interdependencies.
• Establish governance and assurance with executive reporting and scope control.
• Manage programme finances, budgets, funding conditions and procurement activity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safe go-live of services.
