Job summary

Kraken seeks a Generation Flex Delivery Manager to own the onboarding of flexible generation and energy assets onto KrakenFlex across the EU. This is a customer-facing delivery role with a strong technical bias, shaping how assets interoperate with our SaaS platform.

You will work at the intersection of customers, Electrical Engineering, Product and Customer Success Engineering, translating requirements and guiding onboarding to live service with clear collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in electrical engineering and networking.
• Ability to read Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
• Experience delivering technical projects involving integration of physical assets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Customer-centric onboarding experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage dependencies.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and delivery of Generation Flex assets.
• Build understanding of KrakenFlex product and platform.
• Translate customer, electrical, and product requirements.
• Coordinate gateway delivery and installation.
• Manage commissioning and testing activities.
• Maintain visibility of site readiness and milestones.
• Proactively manage delivery risks and blockers.
