Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Global Director of Product for Flex to lead the strategy, direction, and organisation behind Kraken's global flexibility platform. You will own the product roadmap and culture for the shared Flex platform, delivering capabilities used by Liberalised and Regulated Markets worldwide.

You will lead the product organisation across all Flex squads, partnering with engineering leadership to balance immediate delivery with long-term platform coherence and differentiation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large product organisations across geographies.
• Deep experience in platform/shared infrastructure products.
• Track record tying product decisions to business outcomes.
• Experience co-owning roadmaps with engineering leadership.
• Ability to operate across multiple business units and markets.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Flex across global squads.
• Define platform architecture direction with reusable components.
• Build a high-performing product culture and mentor PMs.
• Align cross-BU priorities between Liberalised and Regulated Markets.
• Monitor competitive landscape and drive differentiation.
