Qualifications

• Experience in installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of diesel generator systems.
• Confident working independently on customer sites.
• Mechanical knowledge of fuel, cooling, or exhaust systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver installation, commissioning, maintenance, and reactive support for generator systems.
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical faults efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service reports.

Skills

5+ years experience in power generation or electrical engineering

Installation, servicing, commissioning, and fault-finding generator systems

Working knowledge of ComAp, DeepSea, or DEIF controllers

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)

Clean UK driving license

Education

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
