Qualifications

• Some experience in designing for Generative AI experiences.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and context engineering.
• Solid understanding of conversation fundamentals.
• Technical aptitude to learn new software.
• Strong reading and writing skills in English.
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment.
• Knowledge of Agile and user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Design new AI experiences and enhance existing ones.
• Optimize outputs of Generative AI models.
• Use behavioural science principles in design.
• Prototype AI experiences for user validation.
• Track performance of Generative AI models.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Scientists.
• Bridge user needs with AI capabilities.
• Document standards and frameworks for AI design.
• Advocate for the Generative AI Design community.
• Guide other UX practitioners in AI Design.
