Job summary

Beagle is seeking an AI Creative Production & Implementation Lead to translate Generative AI into practical, high-quality work across Creative, Design, Production and wider teams.

The role focuses on delivery and hands-on implementation, introducing AI-enabled tools, workflows and ways of working, with emphasis on practical outcomes over strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative production, account management, resource management or creative operations with hands-on Generative AI.
• Ability to manage briefs, stakeholders, timelines and resources to deliver work.
• Hands-on AI experience with automation, APIs or scripting is useful.

We’re looking for an AI Creative Production & Implementation Lead to help a leading creative organisation turn Generative AI into practical, high-quality work.

This is primarily a delivery and implementation role, working across Creative, Design, Production and wider business teams to introduce AI-enabled tools, workflows and ways of working.

We’re particularly interested in someone from a creative services background — such as a Producer, Creative Account Manager, Resource Manager, Traffic Manager or Creative Operations professional — who has developed a strong interest and capability in Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled projects from brief through to delivery and adoption.
• Identify practical opportunities to apply AI across creative and business workflows.
• Test and evaluate emerging AI tools and translate them into usable production workflows.
• Coordinate people, resources, tools and timelines to deliver high-quality work.
• Develop repeatable workflows across image, video, audio and language.
• Support teams with hands‑on guidance, training and implementation.

Experience

You’ll be a highly organised, collaborative delivery professional with experience in creative production, account management, resource management or creative operations, combined with hands‑on Generative AI experience.

You’ll be comfortable managing briefs, stakeholders, timelines and resources, while understanding how AI can be practically applied to improve or accelerate creative production.

Experience with AI automation, APIs, scripting or lightweight development is useful, but the priority is the ability to take an opportunity and make it happen.

The emphasis is implementation over strategy or pure creative innovation: turning AI potential into practical, repeatable and deliverable solutions.
