Job summary

Rothstein Recruitment is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to drive Generative AI initiatives in a wealth management setting. You will transform business challenges into production-ready AI solutions using Python, LLM APIs, and agentic workflows, collaborating with IT, Data, Cyber, Risk and Compliance teams.

You will prototype quickly, then scale successful approaches with secure development practices, testing, and robust documentation, while monitoring performance and cost in production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in software engineering or related field.
• Strong Python development skills with clean code and testing discipline.
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications with LLM APIs.
• Experience creating agentic workflows and using RAG/embeddings.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, deploy and maintain Generative and Agentic AI applications.
• Work with users to gather requirements and iterate solutions.
• Develop agents and multi-step AI workflows using APIs and tool calls.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems via REST APIs.
• Create automated tests and AI evaluation sets for groundedness and safety.
• Support production deployments with logging and monitoring.
