Job summary

CML in Telford is seeking Day Warehouse Operatives to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The shift is 4 on/4 off, days from 06:00 to 18:00, with a basic salary of £25,445.42 per year. There are additional annual payments including attendance bonus, banked hours, reach truck, and other incentives.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading pallets with PPT, scanning with RF guns, and moving goods within a chilled warehouse while meeting targets in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a chilled environment of 2-5 degrees.
• Able to work to targets within a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
• Conscientious and reliable nature.
• MHE experience advantageous but not essential.

• Loading and unloading different types of trailers using RF GUN to scan pallets.
• Moving pallets throughout the warehouse and allocating them to relevant locations.

Shift: 4ON 4OFF Days - 06:00am-18:00pm.

Salary: £25,445.42 basic per annum.

• £1000 attendance bonus per annum


• £1500 annual banked hours payment per annum


• £500 Reach truck payment per annum


• £250 Counterbalance and MEWP payment per annum.

Your job duties will include but not limited to the following:

• The shift patterns above operateon a Banked Hours Scheme.


• This role includes but is not limited to:


• Loading and unloading pallets using ride on powered pallet truck (PPT)


• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF GUN – to scan pallets


• Moving pallets throughout the warehouse and allocating them to relevant locations
