Job summary

City College Plymouth is recruiting an administrator to join the Student Journey Administration team. You will be a quick-thinking problem solver, able to prioritise tasks while delivering excellent customer service in person, over the phone and by email.

We welcome applicants with office experience and the ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires occasional attendance at out-of-hours events for parents evenings and open days.

Job description

We are recruiting for an administrator to join our Student Journey Administration team, which helps support learners and staff on their journey through the College. You will be a quick-thinking, problem solver who is able to prioritise tasks and your workload, and your customer-focused outlook will enable you to deal with customer enquiries efficiently in person, on the telephone, and by email. It is essential that you have experience of working in an office environment, and you must be able to work within an established team in an often fast-paced environment. The working hours are: 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon-Thurs, 8.30am - 4.30pm Fridays. We are also required to attend out of hour's events for parents evenings and open days etc.
