City College Plymouth is recruiting an administrator to join our Student Journey Administration team. The role supports learners and staff through their journey at the College, with a customer-focused approach and a need to prioritise tasks efficiently.
You will work in a busy office environment from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays, with occasional out-of-hours events such as parents evenings and open days.

We are recruiting for an administrator to join our Student Journey Administration team, which helps support learners and staff on their journey through the College.
You will be a quick-thinking, problem solver who is able to prioritise tasks and your workload, and your customer-focused outlook will enable you to deal with customer enquiries efficiently in person, on the telephone, and by email.
It is essential that you have experience of working in an office environment, and you must be able to work within an established team in an often fast-paced environment.
The working hours are: 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon-Thurs, 8.30am - 4.30pm Fridays.
We are also required to attend out of hour’s events for parents evenings and open days etc
