Job summary

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit a General Store Manager for a high-volume store in the Home Counties. This is a senior leadership role, demanding a strategic and commercially minded retail professional.

You will own the store, lead a large team, drive sales, customer experience and operational standards, and play a key part in talent development and succession planning. Competitive package includes up to £60,000 plus a bonus.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.

You’ll take full accountability for the store, leading a significant team and management structure while driving sales, customer experience, operational standards and people performance.
