Job summary

Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions is seeking a General Site Operative for a client site in Wroot, Doncaster. The role involves strapping and securing loads onto vehicles on an active outdoor site.

Hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. This temporary ongoing position could lead to temp-to-perm for the right candidate. Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious applicants who can work outdoors will fit well.

General Site Operative

We are currently recruiting for a General Site Operative to join our client's site in Wroot, Doncaster.

This is a hands‑on role working outdoors on an active site, where you will be responsible for strapping and securing loads onto vehicles ready for safe transportation.

Location: Wroot, Doncaster, DN9

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 6:00pm

Contract: Temporary ongoing - could lead to temp to perm

The Role

• Strapping and securing loads onto vehicles
• Working safely around vehicles and site machinery
• Following site safety procedures at all times
• Carrying out general site duties as required
• Working as part of a busy team

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, construction, aggregates or similar environment is desirable
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a physically demanding role
• Reliable and punctual
• Safety-conscious with a good work ethic
• Able to work the full 6:00am-6:00pm shift
• Able to get to Wroot for 6am start
