Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a General Yard Operative for their depot in Walsall. This on-site role involves supporting day-to-day yard operations, loading and moving materials, and ensuring a safe, orderly site.
You must hold Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences, have yard or depot experience, and wear full PPE. Eligible candidates must be able to work in the UK and start on 10 August 2026 as advertised.

We are currently recruiting a reliable and hard-working General Yard Operative to join our client's team at their depot in Walsall.
You will be working on-site to assist with day-to-day yard operations, helping ensure the site remains efficient, organized, and safe while operating machinery and supporting general operational duties as required by the client.
Safely operating Forklift Trucks (Reach and Counterbalance) to load, unload, and move materials around the yard.
Assisting our client's team with general yard maintenance, tidying, and organization.
Staging stock and materials efficiently for daily site operations.
Strictly adhering to site health and safety guidelines at all times.
Valid Forklift Truck Licences: Must hold both Reach and Counterbalance qualifications.
Previous experience working in a yard, depot, or industrial environment.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
Full PPE (Safety Boots, High-Vis, Gloves, Hard Hat).
Right-to-work documentation.
