Job description

We currently require a General Services Supervisor to join an excellent team of dedicated staff at the Borders General Hospital in Melrose.

37 hours per week – various shifts

Band 3

We need someone who is confident, well-organised, can work under pressure, has administrative and computer skills, and excellent communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders across NHS Borders.

Line management skills are essential, as you will be responsible for managing Porters, Domestics, and Drivers during your shifts, including training, attendance, and appraisals.
