ACS Automotive Recruitment is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager for a busy main dealership in Lowestoft. You will lead a team of four sales professionals, drive vehicle sales, profitability and customer satisfaction while ensuring targets are met.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a proven track record in motor trade sales, and the ability to develop strategies with senior management. A basic salary of £35,000 with OTE £55,000 is on offer, with a 5-day week and Sundays off.

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade is essential.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful sales teams.
• Strong understanding of dealership sales processes and performance management.

Our client, a successful main dealership based in Lowestoft, is looking to recruit an experienced General Sales Manager to lead its busy sales operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Sales Manager who is ready to take the next step into a General Sales Manager position, or for an experienced GSM looking for a fresh challenge. The successful candidate will lead a team of four sales professionals, driving performance, profitability and customer satisfaction while ensuring the dealership consistently achieves its objectives.

With annual sales targets of #removed# vehicles, this is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a proven track record of developing teams and delivering results.
