Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital in Hampshire seeks a Radiographer to join our Radiology team. You will deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging with empathy and precision, working 37.5 hours per week and progressing with our state-of-the-art equipment.

You hold a BSc in diagnostic radiography (HCPC registered) or an equivalent qualification, with postgraduate credentials preferred, and you will thrive on teamwork, accuracy and delivering patient-centred care across departments including theatre

Qualifications

  • Must hold a BSc degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent to meet HCPC registration.
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
  • Experience a varied caseload across department, ward and theatre.
  • Collaborate with leading practitioners and utilise advanced equipment.
  • Contribute to policy scoping and procedural development.
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues.
  • Deliver patient care with sensitivity and compassion.

As a Radiographer at our hospital, you’ll bring high levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately. You have a great eye for detail and you’re caring by nature. You hold a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent to meet the registration requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a postgraduate qualification and excellent teamwork skills.

As a Radiographer, you will
  • Help deliver our high-quality diagnostic imaging service
  • Experience a varied caseload in the department, on the ward and in theatre
  • Work with leading practitioners and new practices, equipment and facilities
  • Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues

Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital is a stunning 46 bedded private hospital in West Hampshire with specialisms in Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Women’s Health and Spinal surgery. The hospital also benefits from having onsite Radiology, Pathology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy so we can give our patients a complete package of care. There are 16 consulting rooms with speciality outpatient rooms, 46 private patient bedrooms with en-suite facilities, 24 hr resident doctor on site (RMO) and four operating theatres and one endoscopy suite.
