Job summary

• Provide General Medical Services in line with the GMS contract
• Undertake face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe safely and according to guidelines
• Maintain accurate clinical records
• Participate in governance, audits and quality improvement
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support service delivery
• Contribute to teaching and supervision of learners
