Job summary

Epwin Group in Scunthorpe is seeking a General Operative to produce GRP building products on site. This hands-on role involves heavy lifting and strict adherence to health and safety standards.

You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, supporting manufacturing targets, ensuring product quality, keeping the work area clean, and communicating effectively with the team. Prior GRP/manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in GRP manufacturing or general manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in operating machinery.

Job Purpose

The role of a General Operative is to produce Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) building products at our site in Scunthorpe. This is a hands-on role involves physical work, including heavy lifting, while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Role Requirements

• Experience in GRP manufacturing or general manufacturing (preferred but not essential).

• Experience in operating machinery.
