The Best Connection Employment Group is seeking General Operatives in the Lockerbie area to join a busy, high-volume production environment. You will work on production lines, operate machinery with full training, and support daily output targets while maintaining quality and housekeeping standards.

This full-time, Monday to Friday role requires a strong work ethic and reliability. A driving licence is preferred due to location, and induction is completed on site.

We’re currently recruiting for General Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced production environment in the Lockerbie area.

Job Role: General Operative

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Induction: Completed on site

Shift Pattern

• 06:00 – 14:30
• 16:00 – 00:30

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly, contributing to a high-volume manufacturing process.
