Job summary

The Best Connection in Bellshill is seeking reliable Production Operatives to support a well-established client on flexible ad hoc shifts. You will operate production machinery safely, help maintain quality and safety standards, and join a busy team to meet targets.

Training is provided and overtime opportunities may be available. Pay starts at £12.71 per hour with potential increases to £15.63 depending on shift, plus weekly payment and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and motivated individuals.
• Able to follow instructions and work well within a team.
• Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential; full training is provided.

The Best Connection is currently recruiting Production Operatives for our well-established client based in Bellshill.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards
• Following all health & safety and hygiene procedures
• Working as part of a busy team to meet production targets
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential - full training is provided
• Flexible to work ad hoc shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and overtime when available

Pay & Benefits

• £12.71 - £15.63 per hour (depending on shift)
• Weekend overtime paid up to £19.06 per hour

Shift Patterns

• Morning: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Afternoon: 2:30 PM - Finish
• Shifts available on an ad hoc basis, including weekdays and weekends
