The Best Connection, on behalf of a leading protein shake manufacturer, is seeking a Production Operative to run the manufacturing line, ensuring product quality, hygiene and efficiency on a daily basis.

You will operate machinery safely, perform quality checks, keep areas clean, and help label and pack finished goods, with rotating shifts between early and late weeks.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the manufacturing line. You'll be responsible for ensuring the protein mixes are produced to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Pack and label finished products accurately
• Report any issues or faults to the team leader
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Willingness to learn and follow health & safety procedures

Hours of Work:

Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 18:00

Monday - Thursday, 18:00 - 06:00

Rotating every two week.

Rate of Pay:

£13.05 - £14.02
