Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a Production Operative for its leading UK manufacturing partner. You will help run the production line, ensuring quality, hygiene and efficiency in protein mix production.

Key tasks include operating machinery, quality checks, and packing finished products while maintaining safety standards. The role requires reliability, teamwork and willingness to learn health and safety procedures; hours are Mon-Fri with rotating shifts.

The Role:

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the manufacturing line. You'll be responsible for ensuring the protein mixes are produced to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Pack and label finished products accurately

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Willingness to learn and follow health & safety procedures

Hours of Work:

Monday - Friday, 05:30 - 14:00/14:00 - 22:30

Rotating every two week.

Rate of Pay:

£13.05
