Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a Production Operative for a leading protein shake producer in the UK. You will help run the manufacturing line, ensure product quality, hygiene, and efficiency while adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating machinery, monitoring processes, maintaining cleanliness, packing finished goods, and reporting faults to the team leader. A reliable, detail‑minded team player with a willingness to learn is preferred.

The Role:

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the manufacturing line. You'll be responsible for ensuring the protein mixes are produced to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Pack and label finished products accurately
• Report any issues or faults to the team leader
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Willingness to learn and follow health & safety procedures

Hours of Work:

Monday - Friday, 05:30 - 14:00/14:00 - 22:30

Rotating every two week.
