Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a Production Operative for a leading protein shake mixes manufacturer. You will help run the manufacturing line, ensure product quality and hygiene, and support efficient production processes.

Join a busy site in the UK, with Monday to Friday hours and rotating shifts. The role focuses on safety, accuracy, and teamwork to meet production targets and maintain high standards across the factory.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the manufacturing line. You'll be responsible for ensuring the protein mixes are produced to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Pack and label finished products accurately
• Report any issues or faults to the team leader

What We're Looking For

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday, 05:30 - 16:00 / 16:00 - 02:00

Rotating every two week.
