Job summary

About The Role

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable General Operative to join our team in North Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with site experience and a strong work ethic to work within a busy environment supporting a variety of construction and maintenance activities.

The successful candidate will assist with a range of duties including scaffolding, material handling, roofing, painting and plastering works. Working both independently and as part of a wider team, you will play an important role in delivering high quality services across our operations.

As a General Operative, you will support a variety of construction and maintenance activities across the North Lanarkshire area. This role requires a practical, hands‑on approach, flexibility and a commitment to health and safety. You will be required to work at height and carry out labouring duties while supporting skilled tradespeople on site.
