Mears Group PLC is seeking a General Operative in Birmingham to join our Repairs and Maintenance team. This hands-on role requires practical ability, customer service and teamwork, with responsibilities spanning fixtures, painting, basic plumbing and safety checks.
You will work 42.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:00-17:00) in a permanent, full-time contract, delivering high standards of workmanship and reliable, customer-focused service across our properties.
Annual salary: up to £30,000.00

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
