Think 101 tequilas, bold flavours, weekend DJs, and panoramic views over London’s skyline. Now we’re looking for a General Manager with serious presence and personality to take the reins and lead this destination venue into its next big chapter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the experience – from doors open to last call, you’ll lead the floor, the team, and the vibe.
• Drive performance – manage P&L, budgets, team targets and guest satisfaction like a pro.
• Inspire the team – hire, train, and motivate a crew that thrives on service, energy, and excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing & events – help us fill the rooftop with unforgettable moments, from bottomless brunches to tequila tastings.
• Maintain standards – high energy doesn’t mean low structure. You’ll keep things sharp, safe, and fully compliant.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a GM in a high-volume, premium bar or restaurant. Rooftop or destination venue? Even better.
• Natural leader with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach.
• Financially savvy and obsessed with performance.
