Featuring 101 tequilas, bold flavors, weekend DJs, and panoramic views of London’s skyline. We’re seeking a General Manager with strong presence and personality to lead this destination venue into its next chapter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the experience – oversee operations from opening to closing, leading the team and setting the vibe.
• Drive performance – manage P&L, budgets, team targets, and guest satisfaction.
• Inspire the team – hire, train, and motivate staff committed to service excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing & events – organize memorable events like bottomless brunches and tequila tastings.
• Maintain standards – ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality service.

• Proven experience as a GM in a high-volume, premium bar or restaurant. Experience with rooftop or destination venues is a plus.
