Miradora Rooftop isn’t just a bar. It’s a Mexican-inspired rooftop tequileria, perched high above the buzz of Charing Cross Road. Think 101 tequilas, bold flavours, weekend DJs, and panoramic views over London’s skyline. We’re looking for a General Manager with presence and personality to lead this destination venue into its next chapter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the experience – lead the floor, the team, and the vibe from opening to closing.
• Drive performance – manage P&L, budgets, team targets, and guest satisfaction.
• Inspire the team – hire, train, and motivate staff dedicated to service, energy, and excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing & events – help fill the rooftop with memorable moments, from brunches to tastings.
• Maintain standards – ensure safety, compliance, and high energy are balanced with structure.
