Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations across transport and warehousing with the support of your management team.
Review the current structure to ensure the operation is optimised against service, cost, and engagement criteria.
Support the adoption of new TMS and WMS systems, and ensure the user and customer experience is positive.
Review and actively manage budgets against contract performance ensuring visable reports / dashboards are available to share with the leadership team.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health and safety standards.
Support stakeholders to help the business growth through contract wins and retention.
