Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking a General Manager in Bath to support current GMs across the Bath/Bristol area with the goal of taking over a site as it becomes available. The role requires a hands-on leader who is ready to drive performance, guest experience, and team development.

The successful candidate will manage 40 hours per week over five days, with a bonus up to 100% of salary and access to Fuller’s employee benefits platform, discounts, and healthcare options.

We're looking for a General Manager to support our current GMs in the Bath/Bristol Area - with the intention of taking over one of these sites as it becomes available.
We currently have 6 pubs in this patch and there is always some support needed somewhere, we'd love someone who is used to hitting the ground running and a real team player.
