Job summary

The Three Guineas in Reading, part of Fuller’s, is seeking an experienced General Manager to maximise the potential of this bus and rail hub pub and to build its reputation further.

This live-out role features a 40-hour week over 5 days, a bonus up to 100% of salary, generous food and drink discounts, hotel stays, a healthcare plan and access to Wagestream, with full induction and training.

The Three Guineas is a beautiful Grade II listed pub situated alongside the vibrant atmosphere of Reading train station. The pub features a spacious ground floor and bar area, ideal for a quick drink, lunch with friends or a relaxed visit. In the basement, The Firefly provides a versatile events space suitable for a wide range of occasions. Externally, the pub benefits from a substantial garden, which is due to receive a transformational garden scheme this financial year.

Our customer base is a diverse mix of commuters, office and retail workers,

local residents, city-centre visitors, sports fans and festival guests.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager who can maximise the potential of this business and continue to build The Three Guineas’ reputation as an iconic transport hub pub.
