Job summary

Fresh Property Group Limited is hiring a General Manager to mobilise and launch Hendon Student, a brand-new student accommodation community in Hendon with 204 studios. The role leads recruitment, operational setup and resident experience from day one, with a start date aimed for November 1, 2026, and first residents in September 2027.

The role focuses on building a high-performing team, establishing processes, supporting lease-up strategy, and delivering exceptional service and commercial

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of delivering sales or revenue targets.
• Confidence in managing compliance, safety and operational risk.
• A genuine passion for people, service and community-building.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and lead from the front.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead and develop the on-site team in line with company policies.
• Proactively drive and convert sales by working towards business KPIs, supporting the team to achieve targets.
• Control site budgets, forecasting and expenditure.
• Own the end-to-end resident journey from enquiry to check-out.
• Oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance.
• Act as the primary representative of the Fresh brand, managing stakeholder and client relationships.
• Drive service standards, resident satisfaction and continuous improvement.
