Fresh are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee operations at our student accommodation development New Bridewell. You will lead a dedicated on-site team, manage budgets, liaise with stakeholders and ensure a high-quality living environment for residents.

This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm on a rota basis, with benefits including training support and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading day-to-day operations of a residential establishment.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources and performance metrics.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
