• Recruit and train the best people for your team, ensuring they develop operational and leadership skills to excel in their roles.
• Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about your products, building their expertise and providing customers with the right range, quality, and service to ensure repeat visits.
• Lead your team in driving trade activity, using your expertise to grow sales and maximize profit.
• Develop your team's knowledge to deliver and sustain business change plans and resource activities, ensuring optimal staffing and resolving root causes of issues with sustainable solutions.
• Ensure your unit complies with internal system guidelines.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients and partners.
• The safety of your colleagues is your top priority. You ensure your unit operates legally and safely by coaching your team to use all security tools available, creating a safer workplace.
