QLM Search is partnering with a highly acquisitive food group that requires a Site Director / General Manager to lead a high-profile operation.

Reporting to the COO, you will manage the leadership team of a major manufacturing site, take responsibility for setting strategic objectives, and drive performance to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business with full responsibility for P&L, capex, and all functions on site to achieve strategic goals in line with group expectations;
• Drive the simplification of production processes through standardization, technology, and innovation, and implement Lean methodologies;
• Collaborate with customers and the commercial team to manage and develop current and future business plans;
• Implement and develop a continuous improvement culture, accountability, and communication across the site, focusing on delivering core activities.
