We are seeking a passionate and driven operator to take the reins of a well-established 11-bedroom inn located in the heart of Nottage Village, Porthcawl.
Positioned adjacent to the picturesque village green, this traditional two-door operation is a true community hub, combining strong local trade with a valuable accommodation offering. The business currently generates average weekly sales of £25,000-£30,000, with a balanced revenue mix of 45% food, 45% wet sales and 10% accommodation, providing multiple income streams and excellent opportunities for growth.
The property boasts a traditional bar area alongside a separate dining space, creating a welcoming environment for both regular locals and visiting guests. Its prime village location, directly overlooking the green, gives the business a prominent position at the heart of the community.
