Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse, a Dorset-based family brewer, is recruiting a General Manager to lead our premium lakeside pub with rooms, The Wiremill. You will oversee guest experience, drive hospitality standards and manage operations across food, beverage and service.

We seek an experienced GM with strong leadership in branded hospitality, kitchen oversight, and a strategic commercial mindset. Local relocation or residing nearby is preferred, with a supportive, recognition-driven culture and growth

Qualifications

• An experienced GM with leadership within branded hospitality.
• Able to supervise kitchen operations and food production.
• Comfortable with a destination location that includes guest rooms.
• Based in the local area or willing to relocate.
• Strong focus on quality food, drink and guest experience.

Responsibilities
