Hall & Woodhouse, a Dorset-based brewer, is recruiting a General Manager for the Wiremill lakeside pub with rooms. Leading a fabulous team, you will drive hospitality excellence, guest experience and commercial growth at an iconic location in the South of England.

With a salary up to £60K plus bonus and comprehensive benefits, this role offers structured development and mentoring within a values-led, sustainable business. Based locally or willing to relocate to the Wiremill site.

• An experienced GM with great leadership capability within branded hospitality.
• Competent in kitchen oversight and control of food production.
• Comfortable with a destination location that has guest rooms.
