Job summary

FBR Construction Recruitment seeks a General Manager to lead Sales & Operations for a growing pest control group. You will own the sales pipeline, drive revenue across three hubs, and ensure consistent service standards while supporting acquisitions.

Reporting to the Director, you will travel between sites, manage KPI dashboards, optimise pricing and costs, and deliver EBITDA growth. A track record in B2B sales and multi-site operations within pest control or related field-service sectors is

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pest control business or similar field-service operation.
• Proven ability to grow sales and optimise operations across multiple sites.
• Strong track record in building and managing B2B sales pipelines and contracts.
• Hands-on experience with pricing discipline and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales pipeline across all locations, including quoting and account development.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across hubs, driving technician productivity and route density.
• Lead 90-day onboarding for acquisitions and integration of new businesses.
• Own the monthly KPI dashboard and use data to drive decisions and performance.
