Job summary

Pest Control Industry is seeking an experienced General Manager to own sales performance and day-to-day operations across three hubs in the North East, Yorkshire and the Midlands. You will report to the Director/Owner and drive commercial and operational targets while supporting growth through acquisitions.

The role is field-based with regular travel, overseeing pricing discipline, technician productivity and automation rollout across the group, with autonomy and P&L responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing pest control revenue from £1m to £5m+ in turnover.
• Experience leading B2B sales, including building a sales pipeline and securing contracts.
• Strong operational management across multi-site field-based operations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sales pipeline across all locations.
• Implement upselling/cross-selling across existing customers.
• Monitor churn and drive customer retention.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and technician productivity.
• Roll out group-wide automation from quoting to invoicing.
• Lead 90-day onboarding for acquisitions and integration.
• Own monthly KPI dashboard and drive performance decisions.
• Report to Director on performance and improvements.
