Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited invites applications for the General Manager role at Maypole Gardens, a new 66-bed luxury residential care home in Peterborough opening February 2027. You will lead the home from the ground up, shaping culture, recruiting and developing your team, and delivering exceptional resident care from day one.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a General Manager, Registered Manager or similar senior leadership role within a care setting
• A strong understanding of CQC expectations and regulatory compliance
• A proven track record of delivering high standards of care
• Experience leading, developing and retaining strong teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial and operational mindset
• The confidence and resilience to lead a brand-new home
• A proactive approach and the ability to make things happen
• Genuine passion for providing outstanding care and creating great places for people to live and work
